Sumy Takesue, Director. Intermediate and advanced SMC piano students will demonstrate the uniqueness and diversity of four-to-eight-hand piano and piano duo compositions. Jeremiah Selvey, Director. A world premiere work on climate change, co-created by SMC students and internationally renowned LGBTQ+ composer Sherry Blevins. The program, accompanied by full orchestra, will address topics needing our urgent attention and present the musician-artists’ manner of expressing each “tipping point.”
